The SureFire Lifecycle Services Framework

The SureFire Lifecycle Services Framework enables us to support our customers’ current needs, anticipate their future needs and align them with the goals of the business as a whole. The framework draws on two fundamental sets of activities, those within the Project Services Framework where the focus tends to be on engagement and planning the base of the solution, all the way through to design and solution delivery and those forming part of the Managed Services Framework and are focused around managing and optimising the solution on an ongoing basis. The key however is that all aspects of the solution deployment are considered as a whole.

By following these phases we cover every aspect of a deployment scenario, from determining our customers’ strategic goals, to assessing their infrastructure, conducting proof of concept tests and risk assessments,installing their equipment and then managing their technology as needed.
