During the ongoing management and optimuistaion phases of a solution deployment you may choose to manage that solution throughout the deployment and we will make sure that your team is well equipped with the knowledge to do so, we do of course offer flexible maintenance, support and managed services in order to drive further value for your organisation through the deployment lifecycle. Our award-winning engineering team can act as an extension of your own internal team, or alternatively, we can manage your solution for you.

Key deliverables

When you select your support or maintenance package, you will then be given direct access to the support engineers in our Network Operations Centre (NOC). These engineers will handle any queries/ issues that you may have. If you have chosen a managed service or extended support option, our technical team will also be responsible for the ongoing management of your systems as required.
